We partner with trusted carriers for reliable delivery. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (contiguous U.S.). For smaller items, a flat-rate of $7.50 applies. Heavy/bulky items ship for $29.99. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with customers responsible for duties/taxes.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please ensure your address is correct; you’ll be charged for reshipping if a package is returned due to an incorrect address. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier errors.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-Day Risk-Free Returns for unused, unopened items in original packaging for full refunds. Opened or used items may incur a 20% restocking fee (deducted after inspection), with defective items exempt (see Warranty Policy). All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt, and customers will receive email notification if any fees apply. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for our errors, and AI devices must be factory reset to qualify.
Damaged or Lost Items
Contact us within 7 days for a free replacement of damaged/defective items. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed within 14 days of delivery. We’ll assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee refunds for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
