• Content & Media: Text, graphics, photographs, audio-visual works, and website compilations

2. TRADEMARK DECLARATION

The DeepSeek Planet™ name, logo, and all derivative marks are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use—including:

• Imitation, counterfeit production, or misleading similarity
• Unauthorized merchandising or promotional use
• False endorsement claims

constitutes willful infringement, subject to legal action.

3. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

References to third-party brands are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You are expressly forbidden from:

• Reproducing or distributing Company IP without authorization
• Creating derivative works or reverse engineering software
• Commercial exploitation of our intellectual property

5. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

Violations will result in:
