We sell AI-powered gadgets, electronics, apparel, and household goods. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues.
Payment & Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other PCI-compliant methods. Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is 1–3 business days. We use carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs fees. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30-day returns for unused/unopened items in original packaging (full refund) or opened items with a 20% restocking fee. AI products must be factory reset. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method, and we'll email you if any fees apply. Contact support within 14 days for defective items (fee-free replacement). Exceptions: Digital products and final sale items marked "non-returnable."
User Responsibilities
Prohibited conduct includes hacking, scraping, or reverse-engineering our AI systems, and reselling bots/automated tools without permission. You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
Intellectual Property
All content (logos, product designs, AI software) is owned by DeepSeek Planet or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
AI Products are designed for convenience, not as substitutes for professional advice. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services or firmware updates.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (no class actions).
